About Nina Crytser

More than two decades dedicated to skin.

Nina Crytser is a Licensed Medical Esthetician in Charlotte, North Carolina with more than 23 years of experience in medical aesthetics, advanced skin care and laser-based treatments.

Her work focuses on helping patients improve the health and appearance of their skin through carefully selected technologies including CO₂ laser resurfacing, fractional laser treatments, IPL/BBL photofacials, RF microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, laser hair removal, chemical peels, HydraFacial and regenerative skin treatments.

The goal is not more treatment. The goal is the right treatment.

Rather than following a one-treatment-fits-all approach, Nina evaluates skin quality, sun damage, pigmentation, texture, sensitivity, collagen loss, previous procedures and lifestyle before recommending a treatment plan.

Her combined American and European experience has shaped an approach that blends technology, skin health, prevention and thoughtful long-term care.

Three areas of expertise

Skin. Lasers. Hair removal.

Different concerns require different technologies and different levels of treatment. Nina's role is to help determine which approach best fits your skin and your goals.

expert questions

How do I choose a medical esthetician in Charlotte?

Look for experience, appropriate licensing, knowledge of multiple skin technologies and an approach that begins with evaluating your skin rather than automatically recommending a specific device.

What does a medical esthetician do?

A medical esthetician focuses on professional skin treatments and may work with advanced technologies such as lasers, microneedling, resurfacing and clinical skin-care protocols within the permitted scope of practice.

What skin treatments does Modern Skin Clinic offer?

Services include laser resurfacing, CoolPeel, fractional laser, IPL/BBL, RF microneedling, SkinPen, HydraFacial, chemical peels, facial massage, laser hair removal and other personalized skin treatments.

Do I need to know which treatment I want before I come in?

No. Many patients know what they want to improve but are unsure which technology is appropriate. Treatment selection can be based on the condition of your skin, goals and acceptable downtime.

Does Nina treat mature skin?

Yes. Treatment planning can address combinations of sun damage, texture changes, collagen loss, fine lines, pigmentation and other visible changes that commonly develop as skin matures.
